The admissions process is simple. Below you will find the link for the CCH application form. We encourage you to complete the form and return it to CCH promptly. Spaces fill quickly and generally they are filled on a first come first serve basis.

Please note, completion of this form does not guarantee your child enrollment, however the sooner you submit the application form the higher your child will be placed on a waiting list once enrollment spaces are full.
